Welcome to OrderFlow. By signing up for a merchant account or using our order management software and live Kanban dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Access to OrderFlow is billed on a monthly subscription basis in EGP. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law, and we reserve the right to modify subscription plans with advance notice.
You retain full ownership of the data, menus, and customer information you input into OrderFlow. You grant us a license to host, process, and display this data solely to provide and improve the service.
We strive to keep OrderFlow operational 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
OrderFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed customer orders arising from your use of the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
